Even after the installation we will continue to think along with you. A customised service agreement can be drawn up in mutual consultation to provide you with the best possible care of the operational aspects associated with your biomass installation.

Spare parts

BIOSYNERGY has a warehouse with the most commonly used spare parts in stock to help you as soon as possible when parts need replacement.

Remote assistance

In case of a defect, we make an initial diagnosis within 24 hours and communicate our action plan. Often we can also provide you with phone or online assistance.

Interventions

If the problem cannot be solved remotely, BIOSYNERGY will make every effort to organize on-site intervention as soon as possible. Based on the diagnosis made, we always send a specialist technician. Our employees receive continuous training to keep up to date with the latest technical developments.

Preventive Maintenance

Your biomass installation needs to be serviced annually. BIOSYNERGY has a team of skilled professionals who carry out such tasks. After each service session, a detailed report is drawn up with an overview of the status and the care points of your installaton. If necessary, a plan is developed to replace the necessary parts as soon as possible.     

Intermediate Maintenance

Installations that run continuously (process heat or co/tri-generation projects) require more care. BIOSYNERGY is also responsible for interim maintenance, taking into account your scheduled production stops.  This is discussed in advance and recorded in the annual schedule so that our availability is guaranteed.

Adjustments

Under applicable legislation, your biomass installation should be checked at least annually by an expert. BIOSYNERGY has everything you need to adjust your installation in accordance to the rules of art. Afterwards, we will carry out our own measurements with a calibrated measuring device that will give you a detailed report so you do not have to worry about the quality of the flue gas emissions.

Emission measurements

We will also assist you during official measurements and sample taking accredited bodies. BIOSYNERGY carries out similar monitoring measurements with a calibrated measuring device and intervenes where necessary. We compare the formal results with our results. We assist with the interpretation of the report and, if necessary, develop an action plan so that any breach of the legal limit is eliminated as soon as possible.

Training

Proper use and first-line interventions are crucial for an ecological and economic model. BIOSYNERGY assists you with training for your operators, completely à la carte and tailored to the technical skills of the personnel responsible for your installation.

Inspections

If the installation has to undergo certain inspections, BIOSYNERGY will gladly organize them with an accredited inspection body for you. We present the complete technical file and answer all questions directly. If necessary, we will consult the inspection body on site. Points that need attention are taken up immediately and we propose a plan of action to have the installation approved.

Audits

Are you experiencing technical problems with a biomass installation that is not from BIOSYNERGY? You can also call on us. After a complete inspection (in cold condition and during operation) of your facility, a diagnosis will be made and you will receive a detailed report with action points.  If desired, we will help you to implement the proposed solutions until your installation is working properly again.
