During the engineering and assembly of your installation, we take all local and European regulations into account so you can take full advantage of subsidies
Upon request, BIOSYNERGY can help you with financial analyzes to estimate the return on investment of your installation as correctly as possible. Finally, BIOSYNERGY can also give advice and recommendations on possible alternative forms of financing (third party financing, etc.).
Engineering
The architecture and composition of each biomass installation is unique. The price depends on factors that become apparent during the preliminary study.
- Do you need thermal energy for air-conditioning in buildings or do you want to control a production process or generate green electricity?
- Can we recover any residual heat?
- What biofuel do you want to use and what is the moisture content?
- How much space is available to build the installation?
- What storage and transport system for your solid biomass is suitable?
Once we have mapped all the parameters, our engineers can design the most efficient installation and calculate the price of the storage, fuel supply system, combustion unit and flue gas treatment.
Installation
In order to ensure that the installation on the site is as efficient as possible, we prepare the assembly of your biomass installation as much as possible in the workshop. For example, the refractory lining is already in the boiler when it arrives. At that moment, the installation is already pre-wired and tested for 80%.
